Access
Access to the Dealers’ Den is strictly limited to:
Dealers with an assigned table,
Their duly registered assistants (helpers),
Authorized personnel (Dealers’ Den staff, hotel staff, safety).
Visitors may only access the Dealers’ Den during the official opening hours communicated in advance via the conbook or the convention’s official website.
Dealer Registration and Responsibilities
Each Dealers must comply with applicable European and Belgian laws and hold personal liability insurance.
Dealers are fully responsible for their table, artwork, and personal belongings.
AnthroTales and the ASBL AnthroTales Events cannot be held liable in case of theft, loss, or damage.
Tables must remain clean and well-maintained. It is strictly forbidden to:
- Block the alleys,
- Encroach on another exhibitor’s allocated space.
At the end of the event, each space must be returned to its original state.
Content and Sales
The majority of items sold must be related to the furry community.
Merchandise from other genres (e.g., manga, fantasy, etc.) is allowed in limited quantities.
It is strictly prohibited to sell:
Counterfeit products,
Unauthorized reproductions,
Any work that violates copyright law.
The sale of AI-generated content is prohibited.
Any undeclared or unauthorized sale will be immediately suspended.
The Dealers’ Den staff reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
SFW/NSFW Content Regulation
Sexually explicit or suggestive content (NSFW) is tolerated under strict conditions:
Such content must be discreetly stored, e.g., in a closed binder, labeled box, or other non-visible container.
The container must clearly state that it contains content intended for a mature audience.
NSFW material must not exceed 20% of the total merchandise available at the table.
Behavior Within the Dealers’ Den
Respectful, courteous, and professional behavior is expected from both exhibitors and visitors.
Visitors must respect the artists’ space, not touch items without permission, and refrain from insistent or inappropriate price negotiations.
For safety and comfort reasons, fursuit parts (tails, paws, heads) and large accessories (e.g., backpacks) are not allowed inside the Dealers’ Den.
Photography and video recording are prohibited, unless explicitly authorized by the DD staff.
In case of disagreement or conflict, amicable resolution is encouraged. If needed, a member of the Dealers’ Den staff may be called upon.
Any violation of these rules or the law may result in immediate expulsion from the Dealers’ Den, with no refund or compensation.
Safety and Compliance
Tables must never obstruct emergency exits.
If using potentially flammable equipment (e.g., electric devices), certified fire-retardant tablecloths are required.
Opening Hours and Access
Opening and closing hours for the Dealers’ Den will be announced in the conbook and on the official convention website.
Visitors must strictly adhere to these schedules. Unauthorized presence outside of these times is forbidden.
Outside of opening hours, only exhibitors and authorized personnel (staff, security, hotel staff) may access the Dealers’ Den.
AnthroTales cannot be held responsible for any theft or incident occurring outside official opening hours. Exhibitors are therefore encouraged to secure or store valuable items appropriately.
Mutual Commitments
The organization commits to providing a space that meets exhibitors’ expectations, ensuring a helpful and available staff presence, and communicating clearly and proactively throughout the event.
In return, Dealers agree to comply with these rules, to cooperate with staff, and to contribute to the smooth running and welcoming atmosphere of the Dealers’ Den.
